Can I return or exchange my order?
We want to make sure that you and your child are 100% happy with your Sun Valley sunglasses so of course we accept returns đ. Please visit our Shipping and Returns page for more info.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, weâre unable to make any changes to your order once it has been placed. If you have an urgent issue with your delivery address or anything else, please get in touch here. Â
Delivery timelines
All shipping times are estimates, and may vary due to evens outside of our control. These timelines may change at any time.Â
Australia Post standard delivery: 3-5 business days (may be longer for regional areas)
Australia Post express: 2-3business days (may be longer for regional areas)
What is Sun Valleyâs warranty policy?
We have a 30 day warranty period from the date of delivery. We will replace or refund any item that is damaged or faulty on arrival. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact us within 5 days so that we can rectify this as soon as possible.Â
The warranty is void if there are signs of wear & tear or the product has been incorrectly cleaned or cared for.
How do I clean my sunglasses?
- Clean the lenses with a soft cloth and avoid using household soaps or detergents as these can damage the lens coatings
- If the sunglasses get sandy, it is best to rinse the sand off in cold water first, before rubbing them with the cloth as the sand could scratch the lensesStore the sunglasses in the pouch and/or box provided
- Donât keep your sunglasses in the car for long periods during Summer as heat can damage the lenses and frames
Can I get prescription lenses?
At this stage we are not offering prescription lenses, but we may consider it in the future. Please ask your childâs optometrist if contact lenses are suitable for them.Â
Why polarised lenses?
Polarised lenses cut out reflective glare and give your child more comfortable vision. You can read more about this on our blog post.
